How to Connect BigCommerce to WISMOlabs using BigCommerce App
Integrating your BigCommerce store with WISMOlabs is quick and straightforward. Once connected, WISMOlabs will automatically sync shipment data from your store, enabling seamless post-purchase experiences for your customers.
Step 1: Install the App
- Open the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
- Search for WISMOlabs: Order Tracking & Post-Purchase Journeys.
- Click Install and follow the prompts.
Step 1: Connect Your WISMOlabs Account
- After installation, open the app from your BigCommerce admin.
- Enter your WISMOlabs username and password to connect your store.
- If you don’t yet have a WISMOlabs account, contact our support and white-glove set-up team and we'll create one for you.
Once connected, your BigCommerce store will automatically sync with WISMOlabs. You’ll be able to deliver personalized notifications, branded tracking, and proactive updates that reduce WISMO inquiries and build customer loyalty.
